Rockstar Games has announced that the Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders will be available from June 25th on PS5 & Xbox Series XS. Rockstar Games also revealed the official cover art for Grand Theft Auto VI, which you can see below. At the moment, details around pricing has not been confirmed by Rockstar and we probably won’t know the price until next week.

GTA 6 had previously been set for launch on 26th May 2026, and while this was the first firm date that we had for launch from Take Two and Rockstar, it had come after the better part of a year of Take Two execs assuring that the game was going to launch in 2025. However it was GTA 6 delayed again to November 2026, with the confirmed release date now being November 19th.

Grand Theft Auto VI will take us all back to Vice City for Rockstar’s latest crime story, featuring Lucia, the series’ first female protagonist, who’s coming fresh out of prison, and Jason, who works with the local drugrunners after quitting the army.

The trailers have shown off the modern day setting in the fictionalised state of Leonida, with a handful of things like social media influence and excesses feeding into the atmosphere, though that won’t stop there being plenty of iconic classic cars and inspirations from the breadth of American culture in the South East of the country and Florida in particular. From packed beaches to going across the swamps on hover craft, and partying at the tops of skyscrapers, there’s also jokes thrown into the trailer about battling crocodiles in back garden swimming pools, “Floridaman” antics – Leonidaman in the game – and plenty more.

Paramount Games Studio and developer PlatinumGames have finally fully revealed Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin, a new action RPG based on the popular spinoff comics.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin is in development, though a release date and release platforms weren’t announced. The game was originally teased back in 2023.

Until Dawn 2 has been revealed by Sony and developer Firesprite, coming exclusively to PS5 in 2027.

The game features the hallmarks of the original Until Dawn and the group/teen horror tales that have become fellow UK studio Supermassive’s calling card. Until Dawn 2 sees Liverpool-based Firesprite taking up the mantle after 2024’s Until Dawn remake.

Until Dawn 2 features a team of ghost hunters who will go face-to-face with real horrors for the first time. They’ve just signed a TV deal with a network willing to ship them off to an abandoned tropical island… or so they think. Brace yourself for an awful lot of people meeting grizzly ends when you make a poor choice.

Looking back on the remake, Tuff said, “Until Dawn remains a fantastic horror game with great acting and plenty of jump scares to get you out of your seat. While not essential for anyone that enjoyed the original game, this remake brings it to a new audience and is a solid update to what was already a great game.”

Following a rumour yesterday about a large Arcanine LEGO set, multiple other sets have supposedly been revealed ahead of schedule.

These sets look to be much smaller and include “Cubone and Gengar’s Spooky Showdown”, “Jigglypuff Concert” and “Chamander and “Geodude’s Cavern Clash”. All of them appear to support Lego’s new smart brick play function.

Lego hasn’t officially announced any new Pokémon sets just yet, but if we hear any updates or developments, we’ll let you know.

LEGO is now releasing Pokémon sets and a new one has reportedly been leaked ahead of the official announcement.

According to now-removed listings on multiple web stores including Amazon, a Lego version of Arcanine from the original Pokédex is on the way. According to the box art, it will contain 1190 pieces, and reports suggest it will be priced at $109.99 USD and be released in August 2026.

The existing Pokémon Lego sets released so far include Eevee, Pikachu and Poké Ball & Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise. There have also been some gift set relases including the Kanto Region Badge Collection and the Mini Pokémon Center.

This follows the news last week that Lego will soon be retiring its first Legend of Zelda set. It will also be discontinuing some other Nintendo sets.

Although Square Enix is currently focused on the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth for the Switch 2, later this month its attention will shift to The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales.

If you’re wondering about the length of this brand-new action RPG, the game’s director Shota Fukebara has now revealed what players can expect from a regular playthrough and the mileage you’ll get out of this new title if you “really dive in”.

So, a “standard playthrough” will take “about 30 hours” and you’re looking at “around 50 hours” to explore “every inch of the map across all the eras”. According to Fukebara, it also depends on how “adventurous” you’re feeling. Here’s what he had to say to Gamereactor:

Shota Fukebara: “I’d say it takes about 30 hours for a standard playthrough, and around 50 hours if you really dive in and explore every inch of the map across all the Era’s. Throught the maps and Era’s there are plenty of optional activities, and as you unlock more of Faie’s magic, you’ll gain access to new mini games, so the total playtime ultimately depends on the player and how adventurous you are feeling.”
