Sony has announced two State of Play shows for this Thursday, September 3. The first will include updates from PlayStation and third-party studios, with an extended look at the world of Final Fantasy VII Revelation.
The second broadcast will follow directly on from the first and is a State of Play Japan, focusing on games from Japan and Asia and will include new game announcements.
You can check out both broadcasts on September 3 starting at 6:00am PT / 9:00am ET / 3:00pm CEST / 10:00pm JST on YouTube and Twitch. State of Play will air in English, with Japanese subtitles also available, while State of Play Japan will air in Japanese, with English subtitles available.
There is no indication of what games will be covered but one thing we can guarantee is the live comments will be filled with people demanding physical discs.
I would expect Naughty Dog’s Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet to get it’s own show, Wolverine is almost out by the time the show airs, maybe more of God of War Laufey? Or, if you really want to gamble, put some money on Fairgame$.
